account, and you can only use browsing and search services.
2. If you register successfully, you can additionally upload your avatar and birthday on the personal
information interface, and you need to authorize access to the album. If you do not provide this additional
information, it will not affect the basic functions of your online shopping.
(2) To display information about goods or services
In order to display product or service information , we will collect your visit and search history on
MyEUShop . If you want to delete your search history, you can choose to delete it in the "Search Box - History
Search".We strive to protect your privacy.
(3) Help complete order placement and order management
When you order a specific item, we will generate an order through our system. In the process of placing an
order, you need to provide at least your consignee's name, shipping address, and the consignee's contact
number. For some special types of goods and services, you also need to provide other information necessary for
the goods or services, such as your ID information to complete customs clearance when dropshipping across
borders.
the order will contain the information of the product you purchased, the specific order number, the time
when the order was created, the amount you should pay, and your remarks. We collect this information to help
you complete the transaction smoothly, ensure the security of your transaction, facilitate your inquiry of

You can order goods for others through MyEUShop, you need to provide the aforementioned personal
information of the actual consignee and ensure that you have obtained the consent of the actual
consignee.
To allow you to understand, query and manage order information, we will collect order information
generated during your use of our services to display to you and facilitate your order management. You can fill
in/select more additional information including other contact numbers and delivery time to ensure accurate
delivery of goods or services. You can view and manage your order information through "My Orders".
(4) Help you contact customer service
In order to make contact with you and help you solve the problem as soon as possible, we have embedded the
freshchat online customer service SDK, which will record your customer number, app version number and chat
history in MyEUShop, so that customer service can inquire about your current problems and help you to solve
problems in the shopping process faster.
(5) Other additional services provided to you
Cookies and similar device information identification technologies are commonly used technologies on the
Internet. If you do not agree to our cookies when you log in for the first time, you will not be able to
continue browsing. When you use our services, we may use related technologies to send one or more cookies or
anonymous identifiers (hereinafter referred to as "cookies") to your device to collect, identify and store
your access to and use of this product information. We promise not to use cookies for any other purpose than
those described in this Privacy Policy. We use cookies mainly to ensure the safe and efficient operation of

version, and device screen size parameters to implement the APP push service. If you don't want to receive
push notifications, you can turn off receiving notifications in your phone's settings.
